The combination of pork and fruit is always very unusual. In order to prepare a pig meat roll according to this recipe, you need to take half a kilo of meat, canned peaches (about 1 pot), pork seasonings, 2 cloves of garlic and olive oil. First you need to prepare the meat to create a roll. A large piece must be cut along, but not to the very end. All this is beaten off with a hammer properly, so that everything is cooked and left uncooked. Pork is salted and seasoned with a variety of herbs. Roll with almonds is very simple, if you take 700 g of pork (well, if it is a neck), 100 g of almonds (roast), 100 g of butter (necessarily creamy), 3 lemons, a bunch of parsley, 2 cloves of medium size garlic, Cinnamon, pepper and thyme. Garlic and parsley leaves are very finely chopped. It also adds cinnamon, pepper and a little salt.

Separately, cut the meat, so as a result turned thin, but a long layer. Pork is beaten. Topped with crushed almonds, thyme and, of course, salt. Everything turns into a roll and is tied with threads. The remaining pieces of nuts fall off in the leaves of parsley and stacked on top of the roll, which in addition beforehand is also coated with lemon juice.

The resulting dish is put on a baking tray and baked in the oven for an hour. Sometimes it takes a longer time. It is necessary occasionally not to forget to water the roll with lemon juice, so that it remains juicy. Serve the roll to the table in cut form. Pieces look much more beautiful.
