Michael Berryman - a cult maniac of the horror industry

In his life, actor Michael Berryman starred in more than seventy films. This became possible due to his specific appearance. For the same reason, most of his roles are associated with horror films and science fiction. His characters were mutants, monsters, cannibals and other negative characters.

Michael Berryman was born on September 4, 1948 in Los Angeles. His parents, Barabara and Sloane, specialized in neurosurgery. Since the birth of the boy found a fairly rare disease, which he inherited. It is called anhydrogic ectodermal dysplasia.

The main role for which the actor was called a cult maniac is Pluto. The image of the maniac he was able to translate into the 1977 movie "The Hills Have Eyes". Wes Craven was the director and screenwriter. The plot of the film tells of the family Carter, who went on a trip to America through Nevada. In the desert, they collided with cannibal mutants, one of which is played by Michael Berryman (photo with him was the title page for the film). Pluto, played by the actor, was one of two children of Jupiter, who was once thrown out of the house by the owner of the gas station for the fact that the boy was born a mutant.

They are followed by a real hunt involving two killers. Maniacs, in turn, fleeing, manage to seize hostages, scoff at them and kill them mercilessly.

Finally the sheriff manages to grab the trio, who hid in the border brothel. He tortures them, arranges a real hunt for the little one. To help the maniacs Kroha comes, he kills the sheriff. The Trinity escapes and leaves, but a police ambush blocks them. In the final of the film all three are shot. They accepted death with weapons in their hands.

Personal life

Michael Berryman and his wife live in Clearrick. His name is Patricia. She is not only his friend, but also a good adviser in his acting career.
