You will need one hundred grams of nuts, the same amount of butter, eighty grams of powdered sugar, one hundred and thirty grams of wheat flour. First place the hazelnut in a preheated oven, wait five minutes - you should hear a soft sound that bursts from the peeling hull. Now you can separate it from the nuts with your fingers. Place the hazelnut in a blender and chop at high speed. Add sugar powder, flour and heated oil to the nut crumb. Rub until smooth. The received dough put on a table and roll into a layer. Lay out the forms (they must be dry so that the cookies do not stick), puncture with a fork and bake in the oven for ten minutes. These products should only brown a little.

Recipe for cookies for molds with milk caramel

This dough is used for classic cookies Madeleine. In this version, you get a slightly unusual taste, something in between boiled condensed milk and melted. Melt the butter (it will need two hundred grams). Prepare the rest of the ingredients you need, if you want to implement a recipe for biscuits with caramel. This is two hundred grams of flour, as much sugar, one hundred grams of milk, three large eggs, twenty grams (two sachets) of vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. On medium heat, melt the sugar (you can add an invert syrup to it to prevent crystallization) and cook the caramel. It must be liquid. To do this, pour the melted sugar with hot milk (use caution - this mixture forms splashes!) Stir in a whisk and cook a little until thick in a small fire (fifteen to twenty minutes). Whisk the eggs with vanilla sugar and salt, pour in the flour and knead thick dough. Add the chilled caramel into it and gently mix it. It should become more liquid. Leave it for twenty minutes, and then fill the mold with dough, sprinkle with brown sugar, raisins, nuts and bake for about twenty minutes. Such products are very well kept.

Recipe for cookies "Mushrooms" in molds

Make a dough of two eggs, one and a half glasses of sugar, three glasses of flour, a teaspoon of hydrated soda, a glass of sour cream and a packet of margarine or butter (250 grams). You will need a mixer or a whisk. First, beat the eggs with sugar and sour cream. Then pour the melted margarine (butter) and the quenched soda into the mixture. At the end, add flour. Special form for mushrooms, heat on fire, oil with oil and put dough into cavities. Bake on small fire from two sides.
