Process description

After two and a half hours, it is slightly salted and boiled for another thirty minutes. After about a quarter of an hour, it is cut across the fibers and removed to the side.

In a bowl multivarka, greased with any vegetable oil, spread the previously washed, peeled and chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots and onions) and fry them for ten minutes. Then, crushed and freed from seeds, pickled cucumbers, pieces of blanched tomatoes and boiled heart are added to them, activate the "Multi-Cook" mode and set the timer for half an hour. A couple of minutes before the end of the process, chopped green parsley is added to the bowl. Option with sour cream

The byproduct prepared using the technology described below turns out to be incredibly juicy and soft. Its delicate taste is perfectly combined with pasta, porridges and boiled potatoes.   • A pair of middle heads of onions.
  • Six hundred grams of fresh beef heart.
  • A glass of not too fatty sour cream and drinking water.
  • A tablespoon of wheat flour.

Algorithm of actions

Pre-washed, dried and cut into small pieces, the subproduct is placed in a multivarka, greased with any vegetable oil, slightly salted, peppered and fried until half-ready. After this, a tablespoon of wheat flour and chopped onions are added to the bowl. There, poured drinking water and sour cream dissolved in it. All the mix well and cook in the "Quenching" mode for one and a half hours. The ready dish is decorated with chopped herbs and served to the table.
