Cymes recipe with honey

To prepare a dish according to the first recipe, you will need: carrots, any dried fruits, honey and a little vegetable oil. Take the ingredients according to the number of eaters. You can use special dwarf varieties of carrots, such vegetables are sold in a refined and frozen form. Nothing is required of them. A common vegetable you should wash, remove from it the skin and cut into mugs or brusochki. Dried fruits take any: raisins, dried apricots, prunes. They should be rinsed in hot water. After preparing the ingredients in a saucepan, pour a little vegetable oil, about 50 ml. Lay out a layer of carrot circles. Spread them abundantly with honey. An approximate calculation: 5 (with a slide) of tablespoons per 400 grams of carrots. Honey do not regret - the more, the better. Put the saucepan on a slow fire and cover with a lid. Do not forget to stir so that the products do not burn. After 10 minutes, put the rinsed dried fruit in a saucepan and stir. If necessary, add some water. Put out for 20 minutes. Cymes recipe with meat

Cymes can be prepared with meat. For this we need:

  • Carrots ripe (it is possible dwarf variety or usual) in an amount of 1 kg;
  • Flour weighing 70 g;
  • Fatty meat (lamb is the best);
  • Oil (fatty fat), sugar, spices;
  • Raisins and prunes - 100 grams each.

Carrots are washed, peeled and cut into strips as thinly as possible. Mix it with flour. Rinse the raisins and prunes and add to the carrots. Salt, put sugar and butter with oil. Put the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat. In this case, you should pour half a cup of water. Meanwhile, cut the meat and fry in a separate frying pan. To prepare this dish you need:

  • A piece of beef pulp weighing 500 g;

  • Vegetable oil and sour cream - a couple of spoons;
