A few words about tomatoes in apple juice

This product is slightly different from the one that is traditionally prepared. So, tomatoes in this case will be marinated without the use of vinegar. Therefore, conservation is good for those who have problems with high acidity of the stomach. The recipe does not yet contain sugar. Preservatives in this case are natural substances: fruit acids, sucrose, which are present in apples. That is why it is recommended to use only natural juice, which is prepared by hand. To make pickled tomatoes in apple juice, you need to take red tomatoes, ripe and dense. Especially suitable for autumn varieties.

One liter jar is taken with tomatoes, one liter of light apple juice, one spoon of salt, one spicy pepper, five cloves of garlic, three cloves of cloves.
