Toast with egg is ideal for breakfast or light dinner. Prepare "in a hurry" (the preparation of breakfast will take no more than 20 minutes), but it turns out delicious and satisfying. This dish is quite suitable even as a snack, if you suddenly came to visit the guests, and run to the store no time or just do not want to. In this article, you will be offered several options for cooking toast: with eggs and milk, with eggs and cheese, with eggs, cheese and mushrooms. Choose to your taste, or try to cook all the options, each in its own way good.

For sweet tooth we present the first variant: toast with eggs and milk. You will need: a cut bar (or any other, ideally in this case, sweet loaves with raisins or poppy seeds), two eggs, a glass of milk, half a glass of sugar, vanilla (or vanilla sugar) and cooking oil.

We cut the loaf with the hocks (for originality you can cut into stripes, only not very thin, so that they do not fall apart). In a deep wide bowl, beat eggs with sugar and gradually add milk. It is very important not to mix everything at once, otherwise it will be difficult to obtain a homogeneous mass. Add vanilla (it may well be replaced by cinnamon, but it's already, as they say, an amateur).

We dip pieces of the loaf into the resulting mixture and fry in oil until red, first on one side, and then on the other.

Such croutons are perfectly combined with coffee, milk, tea and even with juice.

The second option: toast with eggs and cheese. You will need: a cut bar (you can use bread, but the loaf in this case is best), 2 eggs, half a glass of milk, 50 grams. Grated hard cheese, salt and oil for frying.

Whisk eggs with milk. Bread is cut into skewlets (the size of portioned pieces at your discretion), dip into a mixture and fry in oil until redness on one side. Then turn, salt, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and cover the frying pan with a lid. Fry two more minutes on low heat.

Toasts with eggs and cheese are ready!

The third option, perhaps the most difficult, but the most delicious: croutons with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and greens.

To prepare two croutons you will need:

Two large pieces of a loaf (width of a slice of 1.5-2 cm), two eggs, one not overtaken tomato (it should be hard), 50 gr. Grated hard cheese, one clove of garlic, 50 gr. Champignons (already fried in butter and ready for use), 50-60 gr. Mayonnaise, chopped herbs (parsley and leek) for sprinkling, salt and oil for frying.

Preparation. In each piece of the loaf take out the middle (it turns out two pieces with a hole in the middle) and lay out on a heated pan with butter. Carefully, one by one, break the eggs (it is advisable to do this so that the yolk does not spread) and pour into the "window" of each piece, salt, cover and fry on low heat until a crusty crust appears from below (about three minutes), turn over and fry on the other hand. As a result, you should get two toasts with an egg in the middle. We remove and spread on a flat plate, rub the hot toast on one side with garlic, sprinkle with cheese, tomato slices, mushrooms and pour mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the top greens.


The easiest way to prepare toasties will take no more than ten minutes and will perfectly suit as a hot sandwich for breakfast with tea or coffee. For two toasts, two pieces of loaf or white bread are quite enough (a loaf is still preferable), a clove of garlic, salt, 50 grams. Grated hard cheese, salt and vegetable oil for frying.

Baton (or bread) fry from two sides, still rubbing hot garlic, salt, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Little tricks: toast is preferably fried in a frying pan with non-stick coating, and serve already slightly cooled.
