Who is a deputy? Is this a caring friend or a selfish careerist?
We often hear the word "deputy" from all sides. This concept is used in completely different senses, emotionally colored depending on the subject matter of publications and speeches. Deputies, as a rule, are educated and wise people. On their shoulders lies a heavy burden of responsibility for the lives of many thousands or millions of citizens. You see, this business is not easy, even extremely difficult and responsible. Anyone who wants to simply get a "portfolio" quickly flies off the political track. Weakies here do not hold back (concerns any state).
