Fry the mince, chop the onions and grate the carrots. Spare the vegetables in vegetable oil, separately fry thinly chopped mushrooms. Dice the pre-washed and peeled potatoes, boil it in boiling water for five minutes. Add vegetables, minced meat and mushrooms to it. Cook for another ten minutes.
