Such a delicacy, like a chocolate paste, can be prepared according to a traditional recipe, as well as with various additives: hazelnut, walnuts, marzipan, raisins and so on, - everything depends on your imagination. Ingredients necessary for the preparation of dessert: half a liter of milk, two hundred grams of flour, four hundred grams of sugar, five tablespoons of cocoa, two hundred grams of butter, supplements are a matter of everyone's taste.

The recipe for homemade chocolate pasta implies the presence of certain utensils necessary for work: a three liter pan, a frying pan, a glass, a blender (preferably a mixer).

The flour must be pre-fried to a pale-coffee color, continuously stirring. The oil must be soft, so it must be removed from the refrigerator beforehand. If you add nuts or seeds, they must first be ground.

Cooking process

On a small fire put a pot of milk, add sugar to it, previously carefully mixed with cocoa. Constantly stir until the sand dissolves. Do not bring to a boil. Then very slowly we introduce flour, so that no lumps will form. Then you need to beat the mixer with the resulting mass. Add oil at the very end. After him only special additives.

Then we shift the paste into a well prepared jar and put it in the refrigerator. On the table we serve already in a cooled form. When used as a glaze product should be poured with a warm paste, and only then put them to freeze.
