"Milka" (chocolate). Milka: customer reviews

Who does not remember advertising with a cow of purple? The Milka brand is a chocolate that was able to clearly and clearly declare itself using an unusual color for chocolate producers, as well as bribing with a tender milk taste, breadth of the range.

The price of the issue in 2015

The situation in the country is such that the expression "pampering yourself with sweets" really became "pampering." A typical citizen does not like to lay out for a tile of chocolate something about a hundred rubles. Yes, if in 2013 the tile "Milky" cost 55-60 rubles, and every kind of jelly and candy cost 35-40 rubles (for 57 grams), now the chocolate "Milka", the price of which for 100 Gram - 85-90 rubles, inadmissible luxury. To please a granddaughter with a chocolate bar, grandmothers will have a hard time.

Composition of chocolate

If earlier, when preservatives were not used for cooking, only cocoa, sugar and milk were present in chocolate, now you can eat it if you decide to cook it yourself at home. The taste, of course, will be significantly different, and a lot of money will be spent. Well, if all the products are spent in vain, and yet you will have a wonderful chocolate product. And if not, and it will not be chocolate?

Milka, whose tile composition includes sugar and cocoa, also consists of:

- whole milk powder;

- dry whey ;

- skimmed milk powder;

- milk fat.

Also in the composition there is cocoa butter, various kinds of filling (nuts, caramel, strawberry), which are flavored with glycerin, emulsifier, citric acid and / or flavorings - depending on what kind of chocolate you want to buy.

Do not be scared, because you consume all these "delights" every day, buying any other product - sausages, yogurts, mayonnaise, ketchup, crackers, other bars, chips, etc. In small quantities, these substances are mostly safe Come out of the body without causing harm to it. And "Milka" - chocolate, which they need to ensure that this product does not spoil in a short time, because exports occur in large areas. Naturally, it also makes it cheaper and easier to make sweet.

Are you afraid?

If all this worries and cares for you, then go to subsistence farming, do gardening, livestock and eat the right, healthy food. Accustomed to the finished and brought on a saucer (only pay money), do not scold manufacturers for those elements that allow longer to keep perishable products. It is worth criticizing the Ministry of Health that it does not work on the control of food additives, does not analyze their harmfulness, does not impose strict restrictions and large fines for their violations.

"Milka" (chocolate): tastes

Dark chocolate of this brand simply does not exist in nature. What is remarkable, Milka is exclusively milk chocolate. And in the rest there are enough different tastes. For example:

  1. Classic milk (100 g, 300 g).

  2. Milk chocolate "Milka" with hazelnuts, with raisins and hazelnuts (100 g, 300 g), with whole almonds (100 g).

  3. "Milka" 2 in 1 - white and milk chocolate (100 g).

  4. "Milka" chocolate with a double filling, 3 types: "Pistachios and vanilla cream", "Strawberry + cream", "Forest berries and almonds" (100 g).

  5. Porous chocolate "Bubbles" (80 g).

  6. Candy "Hazelnut in chocolate" (56 g).

  7. Sweets with raisins and cornflakes in milk chocolate (57 g, 125 g).

History

The Milka brand appeared a little later than the chocolate itself. 1826 was marked by the fact that the Swiss Philip Souchard invented an apparatus for mixing cocoa powder with sugar. It is this device that is used up to now.

In those years, a product such as chocolate was a delicacy only for people with high incomes, so it was not easy to develop a "business". It was necessary to please the "thick wallets", and such a case presented itself in a difficult time. The royal court of Prussia made an order for Phillip for the high masters, and they were impressed by the taste of his products. Then came the popularity abroad, the victory at international exhibitions, the opening abroad of its factory, the occupation of about 50% of the chocolate market in Switzerland.

In 1901, the first tile of milk chocolate, called "Milka", was released. Chocolate got its name (if you believe the first theory) from the combination of two words - "Milk" and "Kakao" (this is how "cocoa" is written in Swedish), and in the end came "Milka". The second version tells us that the inventor Sushard was a big fan of the Croatian singer Milka Ternina.

What is remarkable about this brand is the color solution for packaging. Philip Shupard noticed that the violet color is not characteristic for other producers, and this allowed to distinguish its brand from the others. And it happened. This works even now, as purple packaging is very remarkable among black, yellow, blue, white and red.

Whose production is now?

In the seventies of the last century, the Milka brand (chocolate) merged with Toblerone, also Swiss chocolate. This merger gave birth to the new firm Interfood (Interfood).

In 1982, Toblerone merges with "Jacobs coffee", resulting in the company Jacobs Suchard.

1990 - the year of transition under the wing of the American corporation Kraft Foods Inc.

In 2012, Kraft Foods Inc. Is divided into two parts, and now the Milka brand belongs to Mondelez International Inc.

It is interesting that the production of the now American brand takes place at local facilities. So, for example, the first production of this chocolate in Russia took place at a confectionery factory in the Vladimir region (the city of Pokrov). It's clear that no Alpine milk will reach here, but rather will only use the original technology. Some ingredients are likely to come from the domestic market, because those who call excessive sugary, some kind of sneer and specificity of taste should understand its true origin, and also take into account that, nevertheless, most chocolate consumers in Russia (perhaps not everyone, But some of its kinds) very much and very much.

Now "Milka" - chocolate, which as before is in the middle price range and pleases its consumer with a sweet sweet taste. If you are a fan of exceptionally dark chocolate, then do not judge Milka, because it's a completely different chocolate product that has fans of its own.
