In the cream will go five hundred grams of cream, half a glass of powdered sugar and a packet of mixture for the preparation of vanilla pudding. Glaze can be taken ready and melt it before applying to the cake, and you can make your own hand out of a hundred and fifty grams of chocolate with a high content of cocoa, seventy grams of cream and two tablespoons of butter.

First, beat the eggs, previously lying at room temperature for about an hour, with condensed milk. Sift the flour and baking powder. Add to the liquid mixture. The dough will look like a pancake or slightly thicker. You do not need to add flour.

Now you need to bake five or six cakes. It is more convenient to do this on parchment paper. Cut out circles with a diameter of twenty-six centimeters, lay out for each two tablespoons of dough and spread it. The cake will be thin enough. Take care that the dough does not pour from the paper circle - for this it is better to immediately place the circles on the baking trays. Each cake oven for about five minutes until golden brown. Remove from the parchment, while they are still warm, otherwise it will be impossible later. Paper can be reused if you managed to remove the cake without damaging it.

For cream, whip cold cream with powder or sugar and a mixture for pudding. Lubricate the cooled cakes, top with glaze. If you do not like glaze, make a little more cream and cover it whole surface - the "Milk Girl" cake and in this case will have an excellent taste. If you prefer chocolate pastry, you can add cocoa to the cakes. Or vice versa - the basis to make white, and put in the cream unsweetened cocoa or a mixture for chocolate pudding.
