Cold dishes and snacks: salmon and cream cheese pie

An exquisite snack from salmon will decorate any table. Necessary ingredients:

Soft cheese "Philadelphia" or "Cream Cheese" whisk until softened. Stir in it chopped parsley and onion shnitt. If you do not have the cheese of the right sort at your disposal, you can prepare it yourself. Take 300 grams of sour cream with 20% fat, lay it in gauze, folded in several layers. Hang for a day to make a glass serum. Cold dishes and snacks can be stuffed with cheese, cooked this way.

Use the cake mold in which you can remove the bottom. Cover with paper (baking). Salmon cut into slices, grease with a mixture of cheese and greens. Repeat the layers until the mold is filled. Then cover the form with baking paper and put it in the freezer.

Before serving the cake, it must be removed from the mold, laid on a flat and smooth surface. Remove the sheets of paper and cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Put in the fridge defrost.

Prepare the pie sauce. To do this, blend egg whites with mayonnaise in a blender. Add the drained capers. Grind until smooth.

A simple and tasty snack is prepared according to the following recipe. Ingredients:

  • Slices of ham - weighing 500 grams;
  • Garlic, green onions, curry, red and black peppers;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Cheese weighing 500 grams.

Technology of preparation

Rub the cheese on the grater. Grind the garlic. Cut the onions (the white part of the feather). Preheat the frying pan. Fry the curry without adding oil. Season the mixture with mayonnaise, put a mixture of peppers, garlic, cheese and onions. For a thin slice of ham, put the stuffing and roll into a roll. At will, you can cut marinated cucumber into long slices and put it into a ham.

Ingredients

For eclairs:

  • Wheat flour weighing 400 grams (2 cups);
  • Water volume of 400 ml (2 cups);
  • Butter - 1 package (200 grams);

  • Chicken eggs - 8 pieces (or 9 if the eggs are small).

For filling:

  • Mushrooms (you can take any) - weighing 800 grams;
  • Two heads of onions;
  • Cream with a volume of 150 ml;
  • Processed cheese - several packages (total weight 300 grams);
  • A piece (about 50 grams) of butter;
  • Spices and salt.

Technology of preparation

Eclairs

Pour warm water into the pan. Add salt, sugar, oil. Stir and bring to a boil. Then pour in the flour. Stir well so that there are no lumps. Boil the mixture for a minute. As the dough a little cool down, drive it into eggs for 2 pieces. Mix until a viscous consistency is obtained. Put on a baking sheet covered with paper, dough balls, bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Do not open the door.

Filling

Shredded onion and mushrooms in butter. Before cooking, salt, pepper, pour in the cream. After 3 minutes, add chopped cream cheese. Stir, pour the beaten eggs. Finish minced slightly cool and stuff eclairs. Prepare cold dishes and snacks with new recipes! Surprise the guests!
