Then wrap the meat in food foil and place it in a preheated oven for 180-200oC. Bake for an hour and a half, then let the meat cool and place the cooled meat in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Ingredients: 500 grams of chilled chicken fillet, 2 medium heads of garlic, 3 medium carrots, salt, spices, baking sleeve.

Chop the chicken fillets in such a way as to obtain solid flat pieces of meat with a thickness of 1.5 cm. Wash the carrots, peel, cut into thin slices, peel the garlic and cut the denticles along into 4 parts. Vegetables can be cut not too finely, since they will have enough time for complete cooking. On a large cutting board lay out the meat, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper lay the carrots and garlic.
