Fungi mlechniki - a large brotherhood of fungi Syrosejkovye. Their name is a direct translation from the Latin name Lactrarius. They received this name due to the fact that these mushrooms do not have fibers, and at the break they separate the milky juice. In some members of this genus, it is slightly potent, and some excrete caustic poisonous milk.
The genus includes famous and beloved by all the mushrooms and ryzhiki, as well as freckles, rubella, gladys, molochae and many others. Mlechniki - mushrooms, preferring moist soils in coniferous and deciduous forests. The main period from the appearance is the end of July. You can meet some of the species until the beginning of October.
Appearance mlechnikov familiar to everyone. A vivid example is the ubiquitous rozhiki. The only thing that changes is the color of the hats, which varies from white, to gray, brown, reddish-brown. The fungus mlericum, whose photo is presented in the article, when appearing from the ground, first has a convex plate-shaped cap with an inwardly wrapped edge, later it opens and looks like a saucer with a dented center or funnel, and the edges begin to loach. The surface is dry or moist, mucous. In some mushrooms it is velvety. Some mushrooms mlechiki have a hat with a diameter of up to 5 centimeters, and some giants grow to 15 centimeters in diameter. Legs usually the same color with a hat or a little lighter. Its length varies depending on the habitat of the fungus (the height of grass or moss) - from a few millimeters to 6-7 centimeters. The legs are hollow or dense. The body of the fungi is permeated with channels through which the milky juice flows. Usually it is white, which in the air begins to darken and color the fungus itself.
Fungi mlechniki are found everywhere. The distribution of their distribution is quite extensive. A total of about 120 species are known, 90 of which are found on the territory of the entire former Soviet Union. In Europe, these fungi are considered poisonous and are not eaten, but in Russians, with great pleasure, many of them are collected.
Mushroom mushrooms are used in pharmacology. Of some species of lupus, lactariovilin is obtained, an antibiotic used in the treatment of tuberculosis, as well as kidney and gallbladder diseases. In the juice of bitter bread contains a substance that inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.
