  1. Rinse the rice well under running water and put it in the multivark, filling the water with a couple of centimeters above the level of the cereal. The rice should be slightly undercooked.
  2. While the groats are prepared, prepare the vegetables. It is necessary to clean and cut onions and carrots, prepare peppers. Cut off the top of each peppercorn, peel them from seeds and boil for 2-3 minutes in boiling water (on a regular stove). So you soften the pepper. Then it is necessary to cool it.
  3. Prepare minced meat in a standard way, letting the meat through the meat grinder. Meat can be taken any: its choice depends only on your taste and capabilities. When the stuffing is ready, it must be mixed with the cooled rice and onions. Add salt and pepper and stir well the filling.
