Ingredients : flour - 1 tbsp. L., Cinnamon - 1 tsp, honey - 2 tbsp. L., Water - 100 ml, oil of the plant. - 2 tbsp. L., Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. L., Nuts, food soda.
How to cook
In one bowl, mix the flour, soda, cinnamon and nuts. In the other - water, lemon juice, honey and butter, stir. Combine with flour, stirring well. Spread the dough on a hot frying pan with a tablespoon. If it is dense, then add water.
Bread from amaranth flour with bananas
Ingredients : 1 tbsp. Wheat flour in / s, 0.5 tbsp. Amaranth flour, 1 tsp. Soda, 2 eggs, 100 g melted butter, 50 g of honey, vanillin, 100 g of nuts, 100 g of banana puree.
How to cook
Mix the amaranth flour and the usual. Add the soda, stir. Beat the eggs with honey and butter, beat again. Add the mixture to the flour, season with vanillin and put the banana puree. Stir until the pasty mass and pour in the nuts. The oven is in the oven at 175 degrees for at least 60 minutes.
