At last one more recipe: a pear-caramel jam with rum. It will require more ingredients than in previous cases. Take 800 grams of pears, which need to be cleaned and cut into small pieces, 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of vanilla, one lemon juice, two large spoonfuls of cold water, 400 grams of gelatin, 100 milliliters of hot water and a large spoonful of rum.

It is necessary that caramel dissolve. Now in the liquid caramel we add pears, gelatin, lemon juice and vanilla. Put the pan back on the fire and bring the contents to a boil. Without reducing the heat, cook for about 3 minutes. Then remove the pan from the fire and pour in the rum. Pear jam mix well and put into jars.
