  • 715 grams of sugar.

  • 50 grams of egg whites.
  • A couple tablespoons of chia seeds.
  • 8 grams of agar-agar.
  • 150 milliliters of water.
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar.

Like many other recipes with chia seeds, this option involves pre-soaking this product. The seeds are poured in water and left for an hour. The same is done with agar-agar. But it is soaked for only thirty-five minutes.

Chia seeds are poured with milk and left for twenty minutes, not forgetting to stir them occasionally. While the seeds swell, you can pick berries. They are washed, cleaned of the remaining leaves and grinded with natural Greek yoghurt. There also add vanillin, sweetener and milk-grain mass. All carefully mix and unfold into beautiful glasses.

Smoothies with kiwi and nectar of agave

This amazing drink will not only fill your body with the necessary vitamins, but it also helps to lose weight.
