Mix all the ingredients and add the nuts. Everything, your stuffing is ready. It must be put inside the duck and stabbed with toothpicks or sewed with thread. After that, grease the duck with sunflower oil and lay it on a baking sheet, which is pre-covered with foil. Around the bird lay out slices of apples.

Now it remains to cover the pan with a foil and send it for an hour or two to the oven. Every 30 minutes, water the duck with the fat that forms during cooking. Approximately 20 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil, then drain the fat, and let the bird lightly brown. Pour it with the juice of an orange. And serve the table, decorated with oranges and apples.
