So, the way № 1: we prepare a salad with crackers and sausage
For him you will need:
- 200 g any boiled sausage or ham;
- 250 g (about 1/4 of a small head) of white cabbage or Peking cabbage;
- 1 can of any canned corn;
- 1 pack of ready crackers with taste of salami, bacon, jerky , etc.;
- On 1 piece. Medium-sized carrots and onions;
- 2 hard-boiled chicken eggs;
- 150 g of grated hard cheese such as "Parmesan";
- Mayonnaise for refueling and spices - salt, black pepper.
Option number 2: Salad with smoked sausage
This recipe contains practically no vegetables (except tomatoes), but it is an excellent source of protein. Since this dish is very caloric, at lunch it can quite replace a full second. For him, take:
- 150 g of smoked sausage;
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese;
- 2 boiled chicken eggs (you need both protein and yolk);
- 2 fresh medium tomatoes;
- 2 small cloves of garlic;
- 50 g of crackers (this is a third of the package);
- 2 teaspoons of thick sour cream and vegetable (or olive) oil;
- 1 tsp mustard, salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Beautifully crumble all the ingredients in the salad: croutons, smoked sausage, eggs, tomatoes and cheese should be beautifully sliced - the same, even cubes. Squeeze, or let the garlic through the press. Mix all the ingredients and season with sauce from sour cream, mustard, oil, salt and spices. Done! A little advice - if you do not plan to immediately serve salad with sausage and croutons on the table, the latter is best poured out before serving. Because the dried bread, added to the dish in advance, can get wet and make the salad not too attractive to look at. Following these simple tips, the result is a delicious dish.
