Mushrooms are washed, boiled, cut into strips. Apple and orange are peeled and seeds (if any), the pulp of the fruit is crushed. Cheese is rubbed on the grater. Pepper is cut with strips. Ingredients are mixed, they put a sauce of mustard, honey and lemon juice. Pomegranate (it is desirable to take such that the grains were bright color) is cleaned. Ingredients are crushed, laid out in layers in the following order: chicken fillet, chopped and fried onions, boiled eggs, grated cheese, chopped walnuts, beets. All ingredients are lubricated with mayonnaise. On top of this, grains of pomegranate are laid out in such a way as to close the previous products.

Meat salads to the festive table are a hearty dish, which can become the main decoration of the solemn feast. As the main ingredient is taken not only chicken fillet, but also boiled pork, beef, etc. So, you can prepare a salad with the following recipe, slightly changing the familiar and familiar "Olivier". Boiled chicken is cut into small pieces. It will take 1-2 breasts for 3-4 servings of the dish. 2 eggs are cut with small cubes. Fresh cucumber and boiled potatoes (2-3 pieces) are cut into pieces. All the ingredients are mixed and dressed with mayonnaise.
