Then you need to add chopped lemon peel, salt to taste, ground pepper. Make a plate with lettuce leaves. Top with chopped small chicken pieces, crunches and pour sauce.

Salads, of course, there is a huge amount, and they all have something different from each other. For example, there are salads without mayonnaise and sour cream. For example, a salad of beets and cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil. For 200 grams of cabbage you need to take one beet, a little sugar and salt, vegetable oil. Beets are baked or boiled and sliced. Cabbage shred, salt and mix with beetroot. We raise in water lemon acid, pour sugar, add to vegetables and fill with a spoon of vegetable oil.

Salads fall into the category of easy and proper food. But to achieve the best combination of taste and utility in a low-calorie salad, no mayonnaise is added.
