A wide choice of different dishes and an unexpected combination of products is inherent in Italian cuisine. This overseas trend is becoming incredibly fashionable in Russia today. Therefore, recipes for salads of Italian cuisine are trying to implement in life and at home. And this is not difficult to do.

Italian seafood salads

Italy is famous for its seafood dishes. Therefore, there are also salads that include such ingredients. For one of them you will need half a kilogram of boiled seafood (squid, cuttlefish, shrimp, mussels, octopus), lemon, parsley, oregano, sweet pepper, 2 cloves garlic, olive oil (6 spoonfuls), black pepper and salt.

First, a mixture of seafood should be boiled (10 minutes). Sweet pepper is cut with straw. And then you can start preparing the dressing for salad. Garlic must be squeezed into a bowl. Then half of the lemon is squeezed out. All this must be filled with half the oil. On top, the dressing is sprinkled with oregano, salt and pepper.

Seafood is sent to the resulting marinade, which is insisted there for about 2 hours. After that comes pepper. A finely chopped parsley decorates the salad on top. Serve this Italian dish with a slice of the remaining lemon.

Italian salads from oranges

Unusual for us are Italian dishes with fruits. So for this salad you need 2 oranges, fennel, 2 onions, dried rosemary, 5 spoonfuls of oil (only olive), a spoonful of wine vinegar and the main spices.

Orange very carefully clean and cut the outer white film. Slice oranges in the form of circles, removing all the bones. All the pieces are laid out on a flat dish. The juice left from oranges should be kept in a separate bowl.

Fennel is cleaned of coarse parts, and the core is cut with small, neat cubes. The onion is crushed by rings. In a separate bowl, juice from oranges, butter and, of course, wine vinegar, rosemary and basic spices are mixed. There it is placed crushed fennel for 10-15 minutes.

Oranges are laid out on a flat plate, onions are distributed on top, and then pieces of fennel. This salad is not only original and delicious, but also dietary and contains very few calories.

Motley Italian salads

Multicolored salads are a separate part of Italian cuisine. They can be very different: simply vegetable, fish, meat. This recipe is prepared with the addition of anchovies. A garlic clove, 4 tomatoes, 2 sweet and yellow peppers, 1 cucumber, black olives, a bulb, anchovies, basil, a couple spoons of olive oil, a spoon of wine vinegar, a boiled egg and salt will be required for its preparation.

Bowl, which will serve a salad, inside you need to rub garlic. Tomatoes are cut in circles, and pepper is cut into half rings. Cucumbers, onions and anchovies should be crushed in small cubes. All these ingredients are added to one salad bowl. There add olives, basil. A dressing salad with olive oil and wine vinegar. The dish is salted, mixed, infused for about 10 minutes and fed to the table. Decorate this Italian salad with slices of boiled egg.

Italian Cuisine. Salads with nuts

Italians often add nuts to different dishes. Hazelnuts and almonds are especially popular. Therefore, Italian salads have such a characteristic nutty flavor and smack. For one of them it will take a little green curly salad, leaves of usual green salad, celery cherry, 50 g of peeled hazelnut, as much parmesan cheese, a little olive oil, salt and pepper black.

First, the curled salad is cut into thin strips. Celery is crushed in cubes, and hazelnuts are cut large (in half or in 4 parts). Cheese is cut with thin, almost transparent plastics.

In the salad bowl, first a curly salad leaves, then a celery and leaves of an ordinary green salad, and cheese and hazelnut are laid on top. Before serving, salad is seasoned with olive oil, salted and thoroughly peppered.
