What to cook for the New Year?

Almost every person likes holidays, especially this is the New Year. And any mistress wishes to please her guests with something unusual, at the same time tasty on this fabulous evening. 1. Cheese balls.

2. Eggplant rolls.

Ingredients: seven hundred grams of small eggplants, one hundred grams of olive oil, salt and spices to taste, one hundred grams of Mozzarella cheese, two chili peppers, three cloves of garlic, four tablespoons of wine vinegar, one lemon, parsley.

Eggplants must be washed, cut into thin strips, sprinkled with salt and left for a while in order to form a juice, after which they need to get wet with a napkin. The prepared slices are oiled on both sides with oil, fried and seasoned with salt and spices. When eggplants cool down, a slice of cheese is put on each strip, folded with rolls and pierced with a skewer.

Then marinade is prepared. To do this, pepper is cut into rings, add crushed garlic, half a spoonful of salt, vinegar, fifty grams of butter and mix well. Lemon is cleaned and cut into thin half rings.

In a big dish put rolls, on top of them lemons and pour marinade. The prepared dish is put in a cool place for one night, after which sprinkle with parsley.

It should be noted that to cook for the New Year such a delicacy is quite simple, because eggplants can be purchased at the supermarket even in the winter.

3. Dolma.

Ingredients: three hundred grams of grape leaves marinated, one kilogram of ground beef, two eggs, two onions, six tablespoons of water, salt and spices to taste, three spoons of vegetable oil, two hundred and fifty grams of white wine, two yolks, three cloves of garlic.

The leaves of the grapes are soaked in water for an hour. A polylogram of minced meat is mixed with eggs, chopped onions, water, salt and spices. For each sheet put a spoonful of minced meat, curled, giving the shape of the envelope, and stacked in a pan. Add here two spoons of butter and one hundred and twenty grams of wine and stew for about fifteen minutes. Then turn the dolma, add another spoon of oil and one hundred and twenty grams of wine and again extinguish ten minutes. A ready dolma is pierced with skewers and laid on a large dish. The resulting broth is whipped with yolks and pounded garlic and boiled for a few minutes, after which the dish is poured.

It should be said that you can cook for a holiday a large number of different dishes. And if the celebration takes place in the form of a buffet table, it is necessary to pay attention to snacks. Very often in this case on the tables there are sandwiches with different fillings.

1. Filling fish.

It is necessary to preserve fish, onion, pickled cucumbers and boiled eggs, grind well, mix and season with mayonnaise. The resulting mass is spread on white bread, cut into one size slices or croutons.

2. The filling is hepatic.

There are three hundred grams of liver, fifty grams of cheese, butter and onions, twenty grams of fat, salt and spices to taste. The liver is cut into small pieces, fried to fat, then three tablespoons of water are poured into it and stewed for five minutes. Cooked liver and onions are passed through a meat grinder, add grated cheese, butter, salt and spices to them and mix well. This slice is smeared with slices of white bread.

Thus, it became known what to prepare for a buffet table as a snack. You can also make tartlets, chicken salad or snack on skewers. It all depends on the imagination of the cook.
