What is the "payback" for metabolic disorders?

"Probably, the metabolism is disturbed," someone will say, looking after a morbidly fat man, and all around understand and sympathetically leave their heads. But is it really true that everyone understands the essence of the problem? Do everyone have an idea of what processes occur in our body? And, most importantly, does everyone know what causes this metabolic disorder and why?

A person can be compared to a living chemical plant, only at one chemical combine there are not so many production processes as there are them inside our body. All substances that enter it and are contained therein ceaselessly enter into interaction, undergo reactions, as a result of which the energy necessary for life is produced, tissues are renewed, blood is saturated with nutrients, and harmful slags are released outside. This whole complex process is called metabolism or, scientifically, metabolism.

However, none, even the most perfect, system can not function smoothly and without failures. There are also problems in our body. If you do not go into the jungle, then you can imagine the metabolism, as the two main processes - destruction and recovery. When they are in balance, then everything is going fine. If the processes of disintegration of energy production take precedence, then a person grows thin, and in the case when accumulative, construction processes prevail, he begins to gain excess weight.

But because of what one of the scales suddenly begins to outweigh? Causes, the consequence of which is a metabolic disorder, quite a lot. One of the main factors is heredity, which is why full parents are more likely to have plump kiddies, and conversely, thinness becomes a family feature. Improperly organized food that does not correspond to energy costs leads to failure, as well as a lack of any trace elements, vitamins, fatty and amino acids. The organism can be poisoned by toxic substances or heavy metals because of external influences, because of what too there can be a metabolic disorder.

It is a mistake to think that all the problems of the organism occur on their own, without our direct participation. Moreover, by our way of life, habits, reckless acts, we ourselves provoke a metabolic disorder. Symptoms in such cases are often so obvious that sometimes people are amazed: what can you bring yourself to! The most obvious example - anorexia - is when people for fear of fatigue or out of a desire to achieve a "model" appearance exhaust themselves with starvation and physical exertion, as a result, coming to complete exhaustion. Another painful extreme is bulimia, in which a person constantly experiences a painful sense of hunger and betrays uncontrolled gluttony. He himself is not happy, even trying to induce vomiting after eating, so as not to become fat, but he does not control weight.

However, experts believe that in many cases, the metabolic disturbance provoked by life troubles, in addition to the desire of man, on a subconscious level. The same anorexia and bulimia can be a reaction to family problems - food becomes a substitute for relationships, and rejection of it is a form of protest. Metabolic disorders can cause stressful situations, emotional upheavals, social problems - anything that goes beyond the usual life.

A large number of so-called metabolic diseases are known: diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, gout, obesity, phenylketonuria, diffuse goiter, and others. Pathologies can lead to violations of the functions of various organs - the thyroid gland, pituitary gland, gonads, adrenals. In addition to weight disorders, characteristic symptoms are unhealthy skin, puffiness, weakening of hair and nail plates. By and large, every case of the disease is individual, so there is no question of self-diagnosis and self-treatment - a visit to the endocrinologist is mandatory.

Because of what would happen a metabolic disorder, treatment should begin with a diagnosis. Whether the doctor will detect the disease or come to a conclusion about the psychological root of the problem - this will determine the further rehabilitation process, which can be long and difficult. Diseases of genetic origin require that the patient is constantly observed by a doctor and regularly treated. But the acquired ailments can often be stopped in the early stages, which will require the use of cleansing drugs, the introduction of substances in which the body is deficient, and strict adherence to a special diet.

Prevention of the same metabolic disorders is the adjustment of the body for accurate work - the development of the regime of the day and a balanced diet. And do not confuse: breakfast must necessarily be, because it triggers the metabolic processes, and there is at night impossible - the sleeping body "not with the hand" to work on metabolism.
