You will need: 0.5 kg of pork ribs, 400 ml of water, salt, pepper, hops-suneli, vegetable oil, a couple of medium carrots, 1 head of onions, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 1 Bulgarian pepper (preferably yellow), red wine - 300 ml, 2-3 medium tomatoes, chili (about 10 gr.), Peppercorns and carrots for decoration.

Preparation:

The first thing you need to do is prepare the products. Pork ribs should be thoroughly rinsed and cut, garlic and carrots peeled and chopped in slices, chopped Bulgarian peppers and onion rings, tomato cut into slices gently, and crushed chili peppers in small cubes.

Now let's start cooking. Take the saucepan, pour in it a vegetable oil, warm it up well and put cooked vegetables and meat. On a strong fire, fry the resulting mixture until golden brown.
