What is bran? In the process of processing wheat into high-quality flour of the first and higher grades, a kind of "by-side waste" appears. - warm water - 390 ml;

- milk - 70 ml;

- Wheat flour - 420 g;

- Sunflower oil - half a tablespoon;

- salt - one and a half teaspoons;

- dry "fast" yeast - two and a half teaspoons.

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a container in the following order: water, milk, oil, salt. Then fill in the flour, bran and yeast.
  2. Place the mold in the bread maker.
  3. For 1.5 hours before the end of the bakery, remove the dough and put it back into the bread pan.
  4. Within 20 minutes. Until the end of the baking water with a brush using the top of the roll.
