Just do not overdo it with both: the skin of the eyelids, especially the lower ones, is very delicate, and the excess cosmetics will be visible, the eyelids will look bloated, and your gray-blue eyes will get kind of exhausted and tired. Next, according to all the rules, the selected shadows are applied, from the lighter scale to the dark one, the boundary is carefully blurred. Specificity of make-up "smokey ayz" consists in the fact that shadows are applied and blossomed not only in the upper, but also in the lower eyelid.
