Cod stew - tender pleasure

A simple recipe

You will need 500 grams of cod fillets, two medium-sized onions, three small carrots, a set of spices (bay leaf, pepper, salt), sunflower oil, vinegar and a little flour for breading. Fish fillets are cut into pieces of medium size. Cod stewed in too small portions will not look presentable.
Cod in sour cream
Sour cream gives the fish even more tenderness, so these two ingredients are often combined. Cod stewed with onion is very fragrant and tasty. For cooking, take a kilogram of cod, two onions, 250 grams of fatty sour cream, flour for breading, a little fresh greens, vegetable oil and spices. Cut the fillet into small portions and carefully dry, so that when frying, a beautiful crust has turned out. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and leave for a while. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings.

You will need 600 grams of cod (fillets), 30 grams of flour, 40 grams of butter, 125 ml of cream, 50 ml of white wine, 100 ml of broth, a bunch of fresh dill, a little parsley and spices. The fillet is dried and cut into portions. We chop the greens very finely. Preheat in a separate bowl of cream and broth. In a saucepan, melt butter and fry flour in it.
Cod stewed in a multivariate
For a quick cooking of cod, you can use the multivark. Take two onions, two carrots, 700 grams of fish, butter and spices. Vegetables cut and fry in a quenching mode for about 5 minutes.
