These tools are highly reliable. The element is based on a separator. It is installed under the bearing to be removed. Both halves of the separator are bolted for more reliable grip. After that, the pulling part is connected to the tool. Its side nuts are adjusted in accordance with the position of the separator. The power bolt is wound onto the axis of the part being removed. The tool can be used in conjunction with a sliding puller. However, when working with two mechanisms, it is required to monitor the safety of thread bolts.

Universal

This tool can be manufactured independently. The main element is a steel pipe. Its diameter should be slightly larger than that of the clip. Then, by welding, we connect the C-shaped washer to the cut out part of the pipe. On the other hand, a nut with a female thread is welded. It should match the parameters of your screw. This type of puller is the easiest to manufacture. However, it is suitable only for the specific diameter of the bearings.

We make a universal tool

Such a puller will fit the different diameter of the elements. So, we need to make paws of 10 mm steel sheet. It is better to use pre-prepared templates. They can be made on cardboard or paper, then mark them on a sheet of metal and cut them out with a bulgarian. Then you need to pick up the bolt. We sharpen it under the cone. To the nut, welds six ears with holes. In the last our feet will be fastened. The ears are cut from metal with a thickness of 5 millimeters. The ears are welded to the nut in the assembled state.
