But I really appreciated the courgette only after I learned how to make fritters from courgettes, and now I wonder why we did not prepare their homes before?

And to cook pancakes from a tavern is very, very easy, if someone, like me, did not think of it before themselves, or, perhaps, once did, but forgot, I can recall.
