You can use the most expensive lotions in the world, magic potions and creams, but when it comes to gorgeous skin, food is your strongest ally (although it can be the worst enemy - hi carbohydrates!).

Just ask the experts. We consulted with dermatologists to find out which products are best for moisturizing, nourishing the skin, combating wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. According to them, some foods can even soothe eczema and psoriasis. Here is the list.

Avocado

Any dermatologist will tell you that in a week you need to eat at least one avocado. This fruit provides the body with monounsaturated fats that support the turgor of cell membranes, helping the skin to remain firm and smooth. Avocado fruits are rich in phytochemicals that are powerful antioxidants and protect the skin from premature aging, vitamin C and minerals that help to quickly repair damaged skin.

Flax-seed
