Sublimated coffee

In our time, few people can imagine the morning without a cup of fragrant, invigorating coffee. As soon as we open our eyes, we go to set the kettle to make coffee. And only a few people brew morning coffee in a Turk, because this process requires additional strength, skills and extra time. The last, as a rule, we always do not have enough in the morning. The usual instant coffee, which is sufficiently poured with boiling water, is divided into several types: powdered, granular, sublimated. Sublimated coffee is relatively new and the most expensive of soluble varieties. Expensive it makes the production process, which allows you to maximize the preservation of all the qualities and aroma that is inherent in coffee beans. But first things first.

Sublimated coffee began to be produced in the 50's. The technology of its preparation is such that first of the coffee beans is made a decoction, which at very low temperatures is frozen, then with the help of low pressure in a vacuum this frozen product is dehydrated. After that the dehydrated mass is crushed and dried by cold. With this treatment, the aroma is practically lost, to restore it to the finished product, essential oils are added, which during the boiling of the coffee decoction are separated from the steam. The resulting fine particles are fancifully packaged in a glass, tin or plastic container in which we, as a matter of fact, buy it. Thanks to this technology, which reduces the degree of heat exposure, coffee sublimated in comparison with powdered and granulated to a greater extent retains the beneficial properties inherent in coffee beans.

Crystals of freeze-dried coffee have a homogeneous, dense structure, color - light brown. If before you this product, then when exposed to water, any, not necessarily hot, it dissolves without residue. If the fake - then all the impurities and additives settle on the bottom. The bay is a real sublimated coffee boiling water on the surface of the foam, and the taste and aroma is very similar to natural coffee. Another difference is price, because of the high cost of the technological process, it is much higher than that of other instant drinks.

Sublimated coffee is recommended to drink in an amount not exceeding 2 mugs per day. Drinking a drink in large quantities can adversely affect your health.

Understand whether sublimated coffee will bring harm or benefit to the body of the person who used it, scientists of different countries are still trying to. The researches conducted at the manufacturing plants, speak about the undeniable advantages of this drink and in its qualities equate it with real coffee beans, while affirming that it does not cause any harm to health. Independent scientists say the opposite. Sublimated coffee, like any other, affects the digestive system - because of the tannins that make up the product, the gastric mucosa irritates, which threatens with gastritis or even ulcer. Such diseases can provoke and coffee, drunk on an empty stomach. The liver perceives coffee as a poison and fights with it. With regular use, it is overloaded, and all sorts of liver diseases can occur. The kidneys also suffer from this drink, because the sublimated coffee produces a diuretic effect and, with constant use, the human body is dehydrated. Also this drink removes calcium and potassium from the body, stimulates appetite. But in addition to the negative effects of coffee has positive qualities. Everyone knows about its invigorating and toning effect on the body. Many people think that using this drink helps to cope with drowsiness, depression, apathy, lethargy, increases work capacity and helps to get together.

To drink sublimated coffee or not - it's everyone who decides for himself. But despite all the disagreements of scientists about the harm and benefit of this drink, in one they converge - if there is such an opportunity, it is better to drink a mug of freshly brewed natural coffee.
