Simple and delicious recipes from fish fillets for every day
The benefits of fish have long been spoken by scientists around the world. Doctors and nutritionists consider it simply a unique product. The richest stocks of protein, vitamins, minerals and trace elements greatly improve the work of the human body. In particular, people suffering from heart disease, doctors are strongly advised to include fish in their daily diet.
In food, mainly fish meat is used. It is very gentle and can be processed. This is the meat itself, separated from the skin and bones, called the fillet of fish. You can, of course, cook it whole, but you will eat the flesh. Bones and fins usually go into waste. Therefore, before cooking, the fish must be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned of the viscera, separated from the bones and skinned. Now the semi-finished product called "fish fillet" is ready for further processing. It can be boiled, stewed, fried or baked with other products.
Everything is prepared in the following way:
1. Fillets randomly cut into small pieces (2 centimeters wide), add pepper and salt.
2. To prepare batter, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Without stopping the process, we also fall asleep salt, flour, pepper, add milk. The mixture should look like a thick sour cream. We put the ready pancake aside for 5 minutes.
3. At this time we put a frying pan on the fire, fill it with vegetable oil and bring it to a boil.
4. Pieces of fish fillets dip into a batter and put into a frying pan. Then gently fry them from two sides until a crust is formed.
5. Finished pieces are put in a sieve or on a napkin, so that excess fat can drain off. The product can be served on a table on a common dish or portioned on plates. As a side dish, fresh vegetables or boiled rice are perfect.
The way of preparation is very unusual:
1. Sprinkle each filet with salt and pepper.
2. Pieces in a polyethylene bag, add butter and basil leaves.
3. Pack the bag with iron and put it in a pan, where the water has already begun to boil.
4. After 9-10 minutes, remove the bag from the water and open it. The fish is ready. It can be laid out on a plate and immediately served on the table. As a side dish, potatoes and greens are perfect.
The dish is prepared as follows:
1. Sprinkle the fish with curry, salt, pepper and put on parchment paper.
2. Cut the vegetables into cubes and pour over the fillets.
3. Carefully wrap the edges of the parchment. Pack the product in a roasting dish and send it to the oven, heated to 190-200 degrees.
4. After 30 minutes, take out the package and put the contents on the plate.
Such a dish can be served on the table independently, and the role of the side dish will be served with baked vegetables.
