Sanitary norms and rules accompany us almost from birth and extend to all spheres of human life. Compliance with these norms can significantly reduce the negative impact of many factors harmful to humans. Another very important document, which concerns many, are sanitary rules for kindergartens. Most of the population, if not their own children, they are visited or are going to do it, then grandchildren or even great-grandchildren. Their new edition came into force in October 2010. They were developed to create favorable conditions for protecting the health of children attending pre-school organizations. In these rules, along with the requirements for ordinary kindergartens, there are also prescribed such forms as family and short-term stay, which were not even mentioned in previous documents.

These sanitary norms and rules were perceived ambiguously. Especially negatively, many parents reacted to some increase in the number of people in groups. But this point, in connection with the huge queues of those wishing to give their children to the kindergarten, is mostly of a recommendatory nature. Many did not like the item on the ban, the so-called living corners. But most likely, this can be justified by the ever increasing prevalence of allergic reactions, even at the earliest age. And, thus, children will be protected from allergens, carriers of which can be hamsters, rats, parrots, etc. The document pays much attention to such important elements:

• The organization of proper nutrition, that is, no fried or fatty dishes in the menu should not be. Also significantly increased the list of products not recommended for baby food;
• Have changed and requirements for toys, for example, the ban on soft-sorted their kinds is canceled;
• The interests of both right-handed and left-handed children are taken into account, the correct organization of lighting, etc.

Sanitary norms and rules for pre-school institutions, where children are short-lived, are much softer, which allows them to use various facilities, including extensions. For walks, such gardens can use nearby parks or public gardens. But still the main difference of such a garden is that the child is only a few hours. In accordance with the standard, if the stay does not exceed 4 hours, then there is no need to organize meals and sleep. If the child is in the institution for up to 5 hours, it must be fed once, and the presence of a dining room is not necessary, and the buffet is enough. If the child's stay exceeds this time, then a day's sleep is necessary.

Sanitary rules and regulations exist in huge numbers, but some of them extend to a very narrow area, while others cover almost the entire population. But in any case, they should be observed and not allow violations by unscrupulous performers.
