It is noteworthy that the history of sandwiches is not clear. It is certainly not known who can claim the invention of this culinary miracle. Nominations are called the most different. So it or not, it will not be possible to find out, but everyone can invent the sandwich, because there are countless number of sandwich variations.


Many people are interested in how to make hot sandwiches. Let's start with them. The name speaks for itself, they are served hot on the table. As a rule, a piece of cheese is laid out on top, because the melted cheese has a special piquant taste, which has fallen in love with many gourmets.


You can make this variation: on a slice of fresh loaf on top put a ham or chicken breast, a piece of cheese and send to the oven. When everything is ready, decorate it with fresh herbs. Instead of a loaf, dieters prefer rye bread, which is also quite tasty and nutritious, and most importantly, especially useful for the stomach.


A popular sandwich with red caviar is very popular. It is prepared easily, most importantly, choose a good large caviar. Bread can be taken rye, but experienced culinary experts advise the French loaf - the king of all bakery products. It is better to take a loaf not the first freshness, however strange it may sound. But try yesterday, so that it does not crumble and does not clog the aroma of caviar with its aroma. If it is a little dry, then its taste will be more neutral, therefore it is better to make a sandwich with red caviar with such a loaf. In the classic recipe, it is believed that the greens can somewhat outshine the taste of caviar, but here, as they say, each has his own.

By the way, caviar does not have to be red. More noble and delicate taste has black caviar, what to choose - it's up to you, all the variations are good. Just mix red and black caviar is not worth it, it is better to enjoy any one kind.


A good red caviar is brought to Russia from Norway, but we are now reviving fish farms. Pay attention to the appearance of caviar. It should not be stuck together or look like a balloon that has been deflated, this indicates its stiffness. The smell should be fishy, but not tart. Sometimes in the old caviar the fish smell is practically absent. In good stores, the buyer is asked to taste the caviar before purchase in order to make sure that it is fresh.
