To make it, you will need one packet of butter, ¾ cup sugar, a can of canned fruit (peaches, pineapples), 250 grams. Sour cream, 300 gr. Small crackers. The softened oil is mixed with sugar and sour cream until a uniform mass is formed. Fruit cut into small pieces and add to the cream. After that, pour into the mass of crackers and mix well. The bottom of the dishes for baking is covered with food film and we put the mixture there. On top of the cake we cover with cellophane and hold hands so that it takes an even shape. We put the dish in a cold place for a whole night so that the crackers can soak. When serving the table, the cake must be taken from the loom and gently placed on a plate. From above it can be decorated with grated chocolate or fresh fruit.

Cake with a custard

To make it, you need two eggs, three glasses of milk, 1.5 stacks. Sugar, 100 gr. Oil, vanillin, 800 gr. Cookies, 2 spoons of flour. We make a cream. In a bowl, mix sugar with flour. There, add eggs and rub the mixture with white. After that, pour in the milk. We put the resulting mass on a slow fire and cook for several minutes, stirring constantly. When the bubbles begin to appear, the fire can be turned off. Slightly cool the mass and add oil. We beat the cream well with a mixer. In a deep form lay out a layer of cookies and abundantly grease it with a warm cream. So it should be repeated three to four times. Eggs and 500 grams of sugar beat the mixer in a deep bowl. Baking powder is mixed with flour and added to the egg mixture. There we pour in milk, vanillin. We mix everything well. The dough should be of medium density. We pour the mass into the mold and put it in the oven. After the cake is baked, it must be cooled and cut along into two equal halves. Cooking the cream. Thoroughly beat the sugar and sour cream. We add yoghurt. In a separate container, whip the cream and mix both masses. Corsets and sides thoroughly cover with cream. Above, the dish can be decorated with nuts, chocolate, fruits, coconut shavings, sweets, marmalade - everything that is on hand or in the refrigerator.
