This recipe combines fairly simple ingredients, sometimes unexpected, and a salad with mushrooms and cheese turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.

For 4 servings of salad you will need:

  • Chicken hearts - 250g
  • Champignons fresh or frozen (whole) - as much
  • Bulb - one piece
  • Medium soft cheese - 200g
  • Clove of garlic
  • Mayonnaise or a sauce based on natural yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • Butter - the same amount
  • Salt and any pepper - to taste

Preparation of this salad takes a total of 20 minutes, you can easily prepare it, even if the guests are already on the way.

So, have begun!

I warm the butter in my favorite Teflon pan. Onions I cut small and passer to clarity (3-4 minutes). Chicken hearts cut into 4 parts and poured into a frying pan. I brown it for about 10-15 minutes.

Champignons cut slices, garlic squeezed through garlic press, cheese rub on a small grater. I pour the mushrooms into a frying pan, fry for a couple of minutes. Turn off the stove, remove the frying pan from the hot ring, wait until it cools down.

I mix the contents of the frying pan with garlic and grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, I fill it with mayonnaise, I try not to eat it, but a sauce based on natural yogurt (I squeeze out the horseradish from the tube and mix it, sometimes I mince the greens - Any that is at hand).

Salad with mushrooms and cheese is ready, I spread it into a suitable salad bowl, I decorate it with greens or grated yolk.

Chicken salad with mushrooms and pineapple

Any hostess wants to impress, to amaze her guests with something, to offer them an amazing dish with an unusual taste. Any deliciously cooked, original dish gives an excellent reason to discuss it, learn about the products included in its composition, make a compliment to the hostess. If your guests come together on a festive occasion - they will really like this unusual salad with mushrooms and pineapple.

The following products are required for its preparation:

  • Chicken breast - 1 piece (or chicken fillet 2-3 pieces)
  • Champignons or any other mushrooms - 300g
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Cheese semi-soft - 200g
  • One medium-sized onion
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Canned pineapple - half a 400-gram jar
  • Sauce for dressing (I recommend instead of mayonnaise to mix thick sour cream with horseradish and crushed garlic) - to taste

I'm cooking salad products. Mushrooms cut into large slices and fry with onions. Do not forget to lightly salt. The oil for frying fits any, I like the most creamy or mustard.

I boil a chicken breast without skin and bones or fillets, cut them into slices, cut eggs with eggs, add them to the chicken.

If the cheese is hard enough, cut it with tiny cubes, softer - rub on the middle grater. You can try Feta or cheese instead of the usual cheese . Cheese poured into a container with chicken and eggs.

I merge the juice from pineapple into a cup - you can just drink it as a compote. Pineapples cut into pieces and add to the total mass. (By the way, you can buy pineapples, already cut into slices, but they have too much juice, so it's better to grab the pineapples with ice-cream and cut them into slices of the desired size).

Garlic I pass through the press in a thick sour cream or natural yogurt, I squeeze out the horseradish from the tube, I beat it - you can add a pinch of curry. I dress salad with this sauce and mix it. You can decorate a salad in any way that you like.

Salad with mushrooms and cheese "Metelitsa"

In fact, it's a salad with mushrooms and potatoes, but cheese is also present. It's very simple, you can cook it every day. You can eat it as a salad, but you can mix all the layers and spread salad mass on croutons, toast or just white bread - you will get excellent sandwiches for breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • Dried mushrooms or champignons - 200g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Two medium potatoes
  • 100g of hard cheese
  • three eggs
  • Mayonnaise or natural yoghurt to taste

Make this salad is very simple. Mushrooms I cook and fry with onions in vegetable oil (I like more mustard). I cook and cool potatoes, rub on a large grater, and cheese - on a small grater.

I cook hard boiled eggs, I cool, I separate yolks from proteins, I rub them separately on a large grater.

Salad I lay in layers, I impregnate each layer with natural yoghurt (to it it is possible to add the extruded clove garlic and a little horseradish, it will turn out excellent sauce, no worse than mayonnaise): mushrooms with onions - grated potatoes - grated proteins - grated yolks - cheese.

I'll open the secret - to make the salad more lush and airy, potatoes and yolks with proteins rub on the grater directly into the salad bowl.
