Rotation of staff with improper organization of staff causes conflicts between employees: sometimes people refuse to move from "good" positions to, in their opinion, "bad" ones. Permutation in such cases should be carried out correctly, and difficult and easy posts should be distributed equally. At the same time, it is necessary to conduct explanatory work among employees, explaining what constitutes rotation of personnel, to indicate its goals, advantages for each employee, etc.

Often, managers and personnel managers are wondering how to deal with people who have a highly specialized profession, that is, Accountants, programmers, lawyers, etc. It is believed that all employees of the enterprise should be in the same position, that is, they need to move them too.
