A mentor is a person, allowing the new employee to learn the principles of work. He controls the assimilation of knowledge, skills necessary to perform duties. After training, a young specialist can be assigned a certification, after which he is allowed to work. The whole process is carried out in the workplace, which allows you to quickly learn the necessary skills.

Training in the company

In many enterprises there is a provision for mentoring. The order on this is created by management. Such activities involve the acquisition of skills and knowledge, through which the production process improves. An important task of training is the development of personnel.

An external school is the organization of a training center in or outside the company. In this case, employees are trained "from scratch", and also improve their qualifications. For them, trainings, seminars and lectures are available, which are organized by own trainers or invited people.

The internal school is called the individual training option. The young specialist is offered instructions, advice of experienced employees. The advantage of this training is the transfer of individual experience.

Quality mentor

The mentoring provision includes the notion of what this employee should be. The instructor must be prepared before he will train new employees. They can be a manager, a specialist or a manager, who has passed the selection. It must meet several requirements:
