Many people know about such leguminous culture as beans. Bean Salad

Ingredients: 300 g of beans, 3 slices of bread, onion, mayonnaise.

Preparation: Overnight, the beans are soaked in water and left overnight. In the morning, we drain the water, and boil the beans on low heat until it is ready. While the corn is boiled, cut the bread into pieces and fry it in a frying pan along with the finely chopped onion. Fry the bread until it becomes crispy. We put the boiled beans in a salad bowl, add fried bread to it and fill it with mayonnaise. Salad from green beans

Ingredients: 300 g of string beans, apple cider vinegar, onion, dill, parsley, salt, pepper.

Preparation: the string beans are cut into pieces, boiled in boiling water, then thrown back to a colander and put into a salad bowl. Add greens, 2 tablespoons apple (you can wine) vinegar, finely chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste. We fill the salad with vegetable oil.

Ingredients: 400 g of string beans, 1 onion, 50 g of bacon, marjoram, pepper, salt.

In a heated frying pan fry the bacon and onion on olive oil, until the latter changes color. Add the beans, salt, marjoram and pepper to the frying pan to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Soup with beans and tomatoes

Ingredients: 1 kg beans puree, 1 liter water, 1 head onion, 40 grams of pasta, 1-2 tomatoes, half a cup cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, salt and pepper.

Preparation: Beans to soak for the night, and boil in the morning and make mashed potatoes out of it. Formed puree diluted with water and bring to a boil. Add the cream, yolk and butter. Boil beforehand finely chopped tomatoes, then save them with onion in a pan and add to the soup. To serve when serving the table beautifully looked, it can be sprinkled with grated cheese on top.
