Beer, flour, sour cream carefully mix and fry pancakes. The filling can be absolutely any, in this case we take the grated cheese, we add garlic and mayonnaise low-fat, it is possible to chop the greens - it will be tastier, more colorful and more useful. Finished pancakes stuffed with our stuffing and rolled into a tube, it turns out very aesthetically and tasty - perfect as a cold snack.

Yeast lean

Ingredients: warm water 200 g., Dry or pressed yeast, two glasses of flour, sugar at the discretion, a little salt, vegetable oil.

In a bowl with flour add sugar and a half of warm water, mix well with a whisk so that there are no lumps, and leave for half an hour. While our opara is suitable, we will prepare the second part of the test: add sugar, yeast to the remaining water and mix until the foam forms. This liquid is poured directly into the spoon and wait until bubbles appear in it, then salt and pour in vegetable oil literally a couple of tablespoons.

If you need thin yeast pancakes - then you can pour a little water, if on the contrary more tight - then bake out of it.

Composition:

- yeast 25 gr.

-milk 300 gr.

Egg 3 pcs.

-mook 3 cups

-browning oil (100 g)

-sugar, salt

Yeast must be soaked in a glass of warm milk, to them add flour, milk, sugar, eggs, salt and butter. Dough well and leave to rise. The dough for pancakes on yeast should resemble liquid sour cream, then the pancakes will be porous and thin.

Pancakes "Light" - low-calorie for those who control their weight

For preparation: carbonated mineral water 200 grams, eggs 2 pieces, a glass of flour, vegetable oil 10 grams, vanillin, sugar, salt at the discretion.

Egg whipped with sugar, vanilla and vegetable oil. In the resulting mixture, mix half the flour and half the water - mix everything, pour the remaining water and flour. The thicker the dough, the thicker the pancakes. Bake in a heated frying pan. Light pancakes can be eaten as a separate dish, and can be stuffed with cheese, fish, eggs, greens.

Pancakes on yeast "Chocolate"

Composition:

-milk 300 gr.

-mook 400 gr.

-Starch 10 gr.

Egg 2 pcs.

-packing of butter

-sugar

A little soda

- Vegetable oil 10 gr.

-Any syrup of 10 gr.

- a piece of chocolate (100 gr.)

In the dishes mix flour, starch, sugar, soda, a glass of milk and eggs. All mix and pour the remaining milk. Leave the dough for half an hour for viscosity. We make a stuffing: three chocolate on a grater, we add butter and syrup. After all the pancakes are toasted, they need to be lubricated with the resulting cream and roll up the envelope or a tube - someone like it. Such a chocolate dessert will please all members of the family.
