Do you like pies? If not, then you definitely do not know how to cook them. But you can cook a cake pretty quickly and without any hassle, you just need to make a pastry dough. And if you do a little trick and fantasize, you can get a real culinary masterpiece.

The cake is very similar to the yeast, but it is much faster. Take 800 grams of flour, a teaspoon with a slide of salt, spoons of two to three sugars, a packet of dry yeast Saf Moment (or 50 grams of live), 0.5 liters of kefir, milk or ryazhenka, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a couple of eggs.

Prepare the dough as follows: take a wide dish and mix it all ingredients, except flour. Immediately pour all the flour is not needed, we take only 2/3 of the volume and start with a spoon to knead the dough, gradually pouring the flour. Then we knead the dough with our hands and make sure that it is not too steep, otherwise it will not rise. Then pour the dough with flour, cover the pan with a towel and set the hour for an hour and a half. After that, sprinkling the dough with flour, so as not to stick, you can start making pies. Patties made from this test are airy, with a ruddy crust.

Dough yeast pirozhkovoe is well combined with any filling, for example, meat. Do it very quickly. All in all, you need to cut the onions, and then, together with the meat mince, fry in a skillet - and the filling is ready for use. And if there is a dough and there is a filling, then making a pie is a matter of technique. You can make a lot of small pies, and you can make one big.

We take pirozhkovoe dough, divide in half and roll it into a finger thick. You should have two flat cakes. In the baking dish, we put baking paper or oil it. On a greased form, lay out our cake and lay out our minced meat, salted and peppered, and then top it with a second cake, gluing the edges well. In the upper cake we cut the knife and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake at a temperature not higher than one hundred and eighty degrees.

When there is time, you can make a yeast puff pastry dough. Take half a kilogram of flour, a glass of milk, two chicken eggs, 30 grams of sugar, 15 grams of yeast, 20 grams of butter for dough and 200 grams for the layer. First yeast dough is prepared. When it is suitable, roll it out with an even rectangle and cover one half with an even layer of oil. Then we fold, we patch the edges and into the refrigerator. Twenty minutes later, the dough should be rolled up again and folded, but already in four and again taken out to the cold. So repeat three times.

And I like the unusual recipe with beer. Pirozhkovoe dough is done like this: grams of two hundred butter mixed with 150 milliliters of beer, salt, add flour, and then knead. To this test the following filling perfectly approaches. Or rather, two. First - a chicken finely chopped fillet a little fry with onions, salt. The second - boiled eggs, green onions and cheese, grind, mix, salt. Dough in this case should be divided into three cakes. Next: the dough layer, the first filling, the dough layer, the second filling. All the layers of the dough carefully glued together and make a neat puncture with a fork.

A more festive version is the Laurent pie. This is a classic French recipe. Here you need a pizza dough without yeast. For the test, take 50 grams of butter and mix with the egg. Do not heat the oil! Add two or three large tablespoons of boiled water, salt, add flour and you can knead a steep dough. It will take approximately 200 grams of flour. Dough put in a bag and put in the refrigerator - even if it costs at least half an hour.

For the filling we will need onions, broccoli, chicken fillet and mushrooms. Luke take 100 grams, broccoli - 200, fillets - 300 and mushrooms - 400. Chicken fillet cook and cut, mushrooms fry with onions, then directly into the pan add the fillets and broccoli and, stirring, fry for about ten minutes, and then cool.

Now we are preparing the filling: whisk 2 eggs, 200-300 milliliters cream fatter and add to the eggs, and then add to them 100 grams of grated cheese, you can slightly more. If desired, add a teaspoon of nutmeg. The form with high sides is greased or lined with baking paper and spread out our pirozhkovoe dough. We form the skirting boards. We spread the filling from above and fill it all with our fill. The baking scheme is the same - 30-35 minutes in the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees.
