Puff cake with pears

A very simple recipe, using a ready-made puff pastry. Such a pie can be an excellent option for morning coffee or tea.

Necessary ingredients: packing puff pastry, canned or fresh pears, several spoons of sugar (preferably brown), a little raisins, a spoonful of butter.

Preparation

Fresh pears are mine, dried with a napkin or a waffle towel. If on them a thick peel - we clean. We cut them in thin slices, while taking out the seeds. If the pears are preserved, we take them out of the jar to allow some glass to liquid.

The dough is slightly rolled out, laid on a baking tray, previously sprinkled with cold water. In the middle of the layer we spread out the segments of the pear (the edges are left without the filling), sprinkle with sugar and raisins. Carefully with a sharp knife, we make cuts along the edges to form stripes. We weave these strips above the pears in such a way that the dough covers the filling. We put pie with pears in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200-220 degrees.

You can make this pie portioned. To do this, lay out a sheet of dough, lightly grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. We cut it into several parts, for example, 6. For each of the parts, fan the pear slices and a few raisins, sprinkle sugar on top. We put everything on a baking sheet and bake it as mentioned above.

Sponge cake with kiwi

Unusual sweet and sour biscuit with kiwi, cooked according to this recipe, will turn out very delicate and tasty. If desired, it can easily be turned into a cake, making a simple protein or sour cream with the addition of pieces of kiwi or other fruits.

For preparation it is necessary: 5-6 kiwi fruit, flour (1 cup), eggs (4 pcs.), Sugar (150 g), baking powder or soda, vinegar, vanilla sugar.

Preparation

We clean the kiwi from the peel, cut it into cubes of medium size and leave it to the side for the time being. Separate the eggs from proteins, add sugar to them and mix everything with a mixer. Proteins should increase in volume at least twice and turn into a strong foam. Separately whisk yolks, pour in them half of the proteins and gently from the bottom up stir. Add the baking powder and the sifted flour, mix, trying, so that the squirrels do not descend. Add the remaining protein and pieces of kiwi. Gently mix the resulting mass. Spread it on a baking sheet, pre-lubricated with oil or lined with baking paper. We put in a preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
