No dough can provide the products from it with such ease as this. Equally delicious are obtained as a sweet "Napoleon", as well as a layered pie with fish. This dough can be bought in the store or cooked independently at home. It will depend only on the availability of your free time. Puff cake with fish from ready-made dough

The components of this pie are simple and are available in any refrigerator. To prepare this delicious pastry, we take: packing a puff pastry weighing one kilogram, four eggs, a bunch of parsley, onion and dill, one hundred grams of mayonnaise, two hundred grams of hard cheese, one or two jars of canned mackerel.

The dough is pre-thawed, after which we divide into four identical parts, each of which is rolled out according to the size of the mold. Eggs boil, cool and chop. Greenery is washed under running water, dried with a napkin and shredded. Cheese rub on a large grater. Canned mash with a fork along with the juice. The form is lubricated with margarine and we put the first layer of rolled dough into it. Lubricate it with mayonnaise and put a uniform layer of canned fish. Cover with a second layer of dough, which is also lubricated with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with crushed egg.

Cover with the third layer of dough. Lubricate mayonnaise and spread the chopped greens. Then the fourth layer, on top of which there is a layer of mayonnaise and grated cheese. The edges of the pie should be joined. It is most convenient to lay out the very first layer so that the raised edges up to the top of the form have turned out. Bake such a pie for about twenty minutes in a preheated oven (up to two hundred degrees). The product is not only delicious, but also very satisfying. One pie is enough for a tea-drinking of four or five people.

This pie will require: three hundred grams of smoked fish fillet , one hundred grams of cheese, two onions, two eggs, two hundred and fifty grams of sour cream, two hundred grams of margarine, two glasses of flour, one hundred grams of water, salt, fifty grams of butter and black pepper.

It is convenient to prepare such a dough in a food processor. In the bowl, fill a glass of flour and add frozen margarine, previously cut into several pieces. On top sypem the rest of the flour and in the grinding mode we turn these components into a large crumb. Add the cold water, salt, black pepper and mix the homogeneous dough. We take it out of the combine, wrap it in polyethylene and put it in the refrigerator to insist.

Cheese is rubbed heavily. Eggs mixed with sour cream, pepper and salt. Bulbs are peeled from the husk and thinly cut into half rings. Lightly fry in oil. Cut the fillet of smoked fish into small pieces. We take out the cooled dough and roll it into a large enough layer. Lubricate the form with oil. We spread the dough while forming the high edges. Mix sour cream, onions and fish. Put this filling over the dough. Sprinkle with a good layer of grated cheese.
