Stewed chicken

It's no secret that stewed foods are much more useful than fried foods. In addition, they have a lot less calories, which can not help but interest people who are watching their weight. However, there is an opinion that such foods are much inferior to roasted ones, that they are always fresh and tasteless. However, this is far from being the case, the main thing is to prepare them properly.

For example, it is very tasty to get such a simple, it would seem, dish, like a chicken stew.

It will be required: chicken drumstick, breast or fillet about half a kilo, 100 gr. Tomato paste, pieces 10-12 olives, salt, a couple of garlic cloves, seasoning for chicken (or simply paprika powder), a few peppercorns, bay leaves and lemon. Meat washed, poured and poured from all sides in paprika or ready-made seasoning, put in a saucepan. The tomato paste is diluted with water and the chicken in the saucepan is poured with the resulting sauce . Over the meat lay finely chopped garlic, peppercorns, olives and lemon, cut into thin rings. A bay leaf and pepper are put in the sauce on the side of the chicken and turn on the fire. Stew the meat until ready for about half an hour, take out the laurushka from the sauce.

A very delicate chicken is cooked in sour cream.

It will be required: about a kilogram of chicken fillet, 0.2 tsp of coriander, a small can of sour cream, a pair of garlic cloves and a piece of butter of gram 50. In a frying pan, heat the oil and lay the washed pieces of fillets. Fry, periodically turning the chicken for about five minutes. Then sprinkle the chicken with coriander, salt and pour sauce from a glass of sour cream and 0,5 glasses of water. Stew until the chicken is soft and easy to pierce with a knife.

Stewed chicken with onion

For preparation it is required: half a kilo of chicken fillet, a large onion, salt, mayonnaise, pepper ground, a pair of cloves of garlic. At the bottom of a deep frying pan lay the onion cut with thick rings and peeled garlic cloves. On top - chicken fillet, divided into small pieces. Fill the chicken with a small amount of water, grease it with mayonnaise, salt and sprinkle it with pepper. The meat is stewed on the lowest heat until it becomes soft and tender.

If you extinguish a chicken with potatoes , you can kill two birds with one stone - prepare a hot meat and garnish to it.

The main ingredients are chicken pieces, sweet Bulgarian pepper, large carrots and a couple of tomatoes, 4-5 pcs. Potatoes, three garlic cloves, ready-made spices. Rinse the chicken pieces in a prepared seasoning, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, salt and leave for an hour to impregnate. Cut on thick rings onions fry in a pan, pre-pouring vegetable oil on it. When the onion gets a light brown hue, chicken meat is piled on the frying pan and everything is mixed. There also add carrots, chopped thin straws, and potatoes, cut into thick rings. Pour a glass of water and stew until the meat is ready. Then add pepper cut into strips, tomatoes, cut into large pieces, whole slices of garlic for flavor and keep the frying pan on fire for another five minutes. Everything, a chicken stew with potatoes is ready.

Cabbage stew with chicken is a very satisfying and ready-made dish. It is prepared as follows: it takes a kilo of chicken meat (preferably fillets), cut into small pieces and folds into a pan. Meat should be lightly poured with vegetable oil and fry until light crust. Then put the carrots and cabbage cut into strips, add onion rings. Fry vegetables with meat for another three minutes, and then pour a glass of water and stew until ready cabbage and meat. Add 5-6 champignons, cut into cubes, Bulgarian pepper straws and two large tomatoes, cut into large pieces. Extinguish, covering the lid for another quarter of an hour, if necessary pouring water. For a kilo of meat take 800 gr. Cabbage, one carrot and an onion.
