Pork shank. The recipe for the soul.

Each hostess has in stock a few time-tested recipes, which can deliciously pamper their loved ones and surprise guests. These dishes require, as a rule, high culinary skills and a decent consumption of products. However, very few people know how many delicious and healthy dishes can be made from ordinary pork shank, besides such dishes are quite economical.

Appetizing shank knuckle

The recipe for this dish has its own characteristics, however, having done everything right, you can get a very tasty dish that will become crowned in your family. To prepare an appetizing pork shank, we need: 1 pork knuckle, 1 head of onions, 1 celery root, 1-2 roots of parsley, 2 carrots, black peppercorn, bay leaf, garlic, dill greens, salt. Initially, the pork rudder should be boiled for about an hour in a lot of water, after an hour, add onions, carrots, roots, salt and cook for another two hours. 15 minutes before the readiness to add pepper peas and bay leaf. To get a delicious shank of pork, the recipe can be varied at its discretion, because tastes are different for everyone. Fans of sharpened can add more pepper or take a mixture of different varieties. For starters, you need to rinse the rinse thoroughly, put it in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then add the carrots, onions, cloves, bay leaf, sweet pepper, garlic, salt well and cook the dish for an hour over low heat. Remove the sticks from the pan and cool a little. During this time, you can make a marinade: mix mustard, soy sauce, honey, black and red pepper, garlic. Make a preliminary knurl on the knuckle and cover with marinade, put in a deep saucepan, pour the remaining marinade and put it into the refrigerator for the night. To get a delicious shank of pork, the recipe can be slightly adjusted to your taste.
