Of course, as they say, you can not fool the stomach, nevertheless, and who said that in such a dish it will be lonely to swim in hot water peas? Not at all. There are many recipes for the preparation of lean (and not very) pea soups, they contain a wide variety of ingredients, in addition, perhaps some cook them without meat, not because they keep fasting or are convinced vegetarians, but simply because they do not have it. Well, it does not matter. You can cook pea soup with sausage - also a good dish will turn out, by and large. Or with mushrooms. However, why lead to unnecessary conversations? It is better to go to practice. So we start to cook. So, pea soup without meat. The recipe is the first.

The simplest version

If we decided to give up meat, it does not mean that we will make our dish just on the water. Not at all. We will cook our pea soup on the broth. Only on vegetable. And for its preparation in boiling water we put cut two large carrots, one onion, juicy tomato, greens, garlic, favorite spices cut into large slices. In another saucepan at this time, cook peas. By the way, to make the process go faster, many housewives soak it beforehand. Who at all for the night, and who at least for a couple of hours. So, the vegetable broth will be ready for about thirty minutes, as for the peas, then you will have to watch it yourself. Cooking soup with vegetables

To do this, you need to arm yourself with a glass of peas, two potatoes, one carrot, an onion, several tablespoons of sour cream, butter (you need a gram of 50, not more), cauliflower (gram 300 will be enough). Plus prepare spices, favorite greens.

As we have already mentioned, before preparing the pea soup, in order to boil faster the main ingredient, you must first dunk it. Which is what we did. And now it remains only to drain the water from it, rinse it, and then put it in a stew. Preparing the vegetables. Carrots, onions, potatoes are cut, we disassemble cabbage on (because we have a color) inflorescence. When we see that the peas are almost ready, we add to it all our vegetable assortment and butter. Plus the spices. We cook until ready. Before serving, season with sour cream.

Peas and cheese - great combination

Ingredients for this soup are needed almost the same as in the previous version, except we exclude sour cream and cauliflower, but add dried celery and a gram of one hundred cheese, and necessarily smoked. Best for these purposes is very popular now, the pigtail cheese. We cook the same way. And at the very end we add spices, celery and "pigtail". Attention: it is not recommended to salt during preparation, because the cheese itself will add the desired taste to the soup. And if someone seems to think that there is not enough salt, you can add the right amount of "white death" directly to your own plate.

Pea puree soup

Recipes of cooking soups puree from a variety of ingredients are very popular today. The hero of our review is pea not an exception. By the way, by and large, all soups from it are prepared almost equally, as you already could notice. The only difference is in the components. The same can be said about such a dish, as soup-mashed pea. Recipes for its preparation do not shine with a special variety, but the main difference from ordinary pea soup is that at the end of cooking all the ingredients are ground with a blender. However, if you take a potato of the appropriate variety, which falls apart in no time, and even cooks peas to the state of porridge, then no newfangled devices will be needed. It is quite possible to do with a spoon, turning it into a ready-made soup in this most cherished puree.

Let them, of course, have to try the "useless" sausage, but with it peas also get into their stomachs, which has long been considered a valuable source of such a necessary vegetable protein. So, as they say, in one blow we kill two birds with one stone - and we will please ourselves, our beloved, and we'll take advantage of it.

Ingredients

To prepare such a soup, you will need:

  • A glass of one and a half dry peas.
  • Three hundred grams of smoked sausage.
  • Two sweet red peppers (the color is more for contrasting with peas, most likely).
  • Seasonings (choose yourself).

How to cook

Peas will be cooked the same way as in previous cases.

You can think of nothing new here. As for the remaining ingredients, they should be fried in the following order: first chopped onions, then grated carrots are added, then sliced main product - sausage, and then - pepper. All this assorted must be put out on a very small (and certainly under the lid) fire for ten minutes. Well, after adding to the peas, season with spices. It is not recommended to salt again, sausage, as in the case of cheese, contains this ingredient in sufficient quantities.

By the way, instead of smoked sausage you can take cooked. Too it will turn out not bad. Or, for example, the same sausages. Which is more important if the soup is prepared with the expectation that it will be eaten by children. Only sausages choose necessarily qualitative. Peas with mushrooms

As you might have noticed, a very democratic dish is pea soup without meat. The recipe for its preparation allows you to interchange the ingredients as you like the hostess. So we suggest adding mushrooms to it. Meat, they can easily replace, and the dish at the expense of their introduction will not only acquire a truly terrific taste, but also support an organism that has been depleted, say, fasting.

As for mushrooms, you can take any, even the same mushrooms. But it's best to use dried ones. And preferably white. Firstly, they will give a stunning flavor, and secondly, their taste is very good.

As for the preparation, everything is similar to the process that was described in the simplest version of the pea soup. The only thing that you should pay attention to is that if you took the mushrooms dry, they also need to be soaked. Then rinse, cut and cook not separately, but be sure together with the peas. If you have simple mushrooms, then they need to be prepared first, and then fried with vegetables. That's all the wisdom.

Naturally, many would like to know how the pea soup will affect the state of their shape. Calories count in it, by and large, there is no special need. Nutrition of any dish, as you know, completely depends on the ingredients. Not an exception and our soup. And as for the simplest version of it, it is possible to absorb such a dish without having to look at the scales. In one serving of this soup there will be only 87 calories. If, of course, your plates for the first dishes are not very deep. However, with such a low calorie, you can eat a couple of servings. Harm exactly will not happen. No figure, no body.
