It is difficult to imagine a dish that would be so loved by almost everyone and fit for any kind of side dishes. The pork steak is really delicious and aromatic. There are countless recipes for cooking this dish. Below are two simple recipes, according to which even an inexperienced novice can cook pork steak. To prepare this dish, meat should not be cut too thin, because it will not turn out to be juicy enough. In order to make the steaks very tasty, fresh pork is the best for their preparation, which has not been subjected to long-term storage, much less to frost.

Steak with lemon.

For cooking, you need these ingredients:

- pork - about 800 g;

- medium tomatoes - 4 pcs .;

- one lemon;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- Olive oil - 25 ml;

- dry oregano - 1 teaspoon;

- table salt, black ground pepper.

Pork steak is best made from a loin, rump or neck. Such meat turns out to be the most delicate and extraordinarily juicy. Of course, you can buy already sliced steaks in the store, but you can also make them from a fresh product. When cutting portioned pieces, try to cut the meat across the muscle fibers. The standard thickness of delicacy is 3-4 cm.

The cooking process begins with marinade. On the grater rubs the peel of lemon, and from it the juice is squeezed out. In an enamel bowl, mix the juice, zest, oregano, chopped garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt. Sliced pork steaks for a few minutes are put in a prepared marinade, turning them over several times so that they are evenly soaked in them. The prepared meat is spread on a grate located in a frying pan, which is placed on a strong fire and fry the product on both sides for 12 minutes. After the first overturning, the surface of the treat is smeared with the remaining marinade.

The roasted meat is cooked at 150 ° C in the oven. Ready steaks are laid out on a large dish, after which they are allowed to stand for 10 minutes.

On the fat, which remained after roasting meat, fried tomatoes cut into two halves. Before you serve a delicacy to the table, it is preliminarily slice. On top, the dish is poured with the juice remaining in the frying pan, and is made with greens and fried tomatoes.

Steaks with beer

Necessary ingredients:

- steak from pork - 2 pcs. (For 200 g);

- onion - 1 piece;

- canned or boiled carrots - 100 g;

- Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs;

- Butter - 50g;

- boiled potatoes ("in uniform") - 4 pcs .;

- sugar - 25 g;

- meat broth - 100 ml;

- dry mustard - 0.5 teaspoon;

- beer - 100 ml;

- pepper black and red, salt;

- vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

1. Washed and dried meat is slightly beaten (under food film). Steaks are rubbed with pepper and salt.

2. Preparation of sauce:

The onions are fried and fried over moderate heat for 5-6 minutes. (To the state of softness). It is sprinkled with sugar and, constantly stirring, is cooked to a golden color. Pour beer and broth into the pan, fill it with pepper, mustard and salt. The sauce should boil exactly half. You need to stir it constantly so that it does not burn out.

3. Steak of pork fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on both sides. Meat is spread in a form, pre-lubricated with oil, and poured them with hot sauce. In a heated oven to 180 ° C, the product is brought to the ready (15 minutes).

4. Boiled potatoes are cut into cubes and fried in oil until golden. To the potatoes add the cut canned or boiled carrots and fry all 3 minutes, then pour the sauce and keep it on the fire for 2 minutes.

5. On a serving plate lay a garnish, and on top - a pork steak. The dish is poured with a previously prepared sauce and decorated with twigs of thyme.
